Position Overview
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join the content & creative team within residential marketing services. The Sr. Graphic Designer will report to the Design Lead and be responsible for elevating our comprehensive design process by c onceptualizing and creating innovative visual solutions and ensuring the highest quality of design output across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical accura cy and a keen eye for detail. This individua l play s an important role on the creative team , colla borat ing closely with cross-functional teams to support residential brand needs, strategic accounts, and elevating residential cam p aigns and storytelling avenues by translat ing business objectives into compelling visual assets .
Responsibilities:
Elevate design process from concept to execution by delivering high-quality design solutions
Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital media, including branding, marketing collateral, social media assets, presentations, and website design
Collaborate with content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually engaging designs that effectively communicate the desired message
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to foster professional growth
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities and ensure relevance in a competitive market
Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all design projects
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results
Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to enhance overall creative strategy
Collaborate with vendors, printers, and key partners to ensure successful execution of projects
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
5+ years as a Graphic Designer with a strong and diverse project por tfolio
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills that translate ideas into compelling designs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills + ability to articulate design concepts
Experience mentoring junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing priorities
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs
Knowledge of web design principles and experience designing for digital platforms is a plus
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D modeling software is desirable
