Tufting Department Manager

Position Overview

The department manager will be responsible for coordinating and directing all the efforts related to staffing, team direction and goal setting, safety, quality initiatives, and waste reduction. The Manager will collaborate with others to ensure support and compliance with all Shaw systems such as SMS, TPM, Lean and SAFE. The Manager is responsible for coaching and supporting direct reports, providing a motivating work environment and growing future leaders in the organization.

Requirements: A four year college degree and manufacturing department management experience.

Preferred: Degree in an engineering field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
