Position Overview: Provides Accounting and Purchasing support for the plant of 1400 + associates. Responsible for budget preparation, weekly performance and financial reports, weekly production balances, monthly financial reports, and plant internal control systems.

Manages financial and internal control matters.
Responsible for Asset Management and control of assets.
Maintains plant standards in YSF.
Develops long term strategic plan f or financial improvement for the plant.
Develops and implements purchasing procedures to insure consistencywi th company policy.
Exercises judgment and initiative in interpreting policy and guidelines inareas of responsibility.
Analyzes, provides detailed documentation, and escalates misses against financial forecast.
Compil es plant inventor y at month end and completes closing functions at month and year end.
Acts as Records Retention Coordinator for the plant.
Manages, oversees and supervises financial process and personnel.
Engages with plant employees and senior management at the division level.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field such as Business Administration, Finance.
Must have five years of Accounting/Auditing experience.
8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
