Turf Project Coordinator - Specialty Markets - Remote
Position Overview
Project Coordinators manage numerous multi-million dollar projects inclusive of any of Shaw’s Turf brands. Project Coordinators are expected to manage all turf projects and call center-based orders that are either custom styles or running line products from inception to beyond delivery. These orders are made up of custom products and/or running line products and are managed from the product specifications to the installation ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Acquire and maintain full knowledge of all Shaw Turf procedures including Watershed, Shaw Grass, Southwest Greens, and Shaw Sports Turf
Assume full ownership of all aspects of the Shaw Turf custom or running line orders and/or interactions based on assigned responsibilities from order request through timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Build and retain positive business relationships with both internal and external customers while completing projects on time
Serve as a single point of contact for assigned areas of responsibility for customers and pertinent supply chain Shaw associates
Act as a liaison between Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, Sourcing, Production Planning and Manufacturing
Engage and leverage business partners to strategically make decisions that are in the best interest of the company and the customer
Maintain a high level of workflow and keen multitasking skills to persevere through all channels necessary to retain customer satisfaction during projects.
Collaborate and maintain open communication with team members to ensure continuous improvement of orders during short and long term absences

Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required
Associates Degree or higher preferred
Two years of experience in a service environment; three years preferred
Knowledge of Spreadsheet,, Google Sheets / Documents
Must have a strong work ethic and sound work habits
Ability to work with internal/external customers in a professional manner
Must communicate in a professional manner both verbally and electronically
Ability to work overtime or weekends as required by business needs.
Ability to learn, train and work remotely.
Knowledge of Shaw Online Live Order Entry and Order Modification (preferred)
SmartSheets (preferred)
Glink/Vista (preferred)
Hours 8:00am - 5:00pm
Remote Worker Requirements:It will be the responsibility of the At Home Agent to provide a:Associates must be able to provide Reliable High-Speed Internet Connection in wall/router (not wireless) to access Shaw Systems while working from home. Minimum Speed 10mbps/Download; 3mbps/Upload without data limits or restrictions.Associates should have a defined workspace to conduct business with office furniture that meets ergonomic needs. Workspace should be located in an area away from sounds that compromise the customer experience to allow for a professional atmosphere.Customer Service Associates are expected to be available to work during times of inclement weather and emergencies, be open to mandatory overtime, and schedule changes.
