With 130 sales representatives across North America, the Patcraft marketing department supports sales of our flooring via product promotional support, social media engagement, technical papers, and general sales support on events, promotions and presentations. The Brand Experience Specialist will work with the Brand Experience Manager and other brand resources to provide graphic design support and creative input and direction on brand projects, account manager requests, social media and collection launch support. The Brand Experience Specialist will also work closely with the Client Engagement Manager to support Customer Connect, providing technical and marketing support for customers and account managers.

Responsibilities:

Develop content and provide graphic design support for invitations, email blasts and other marketing materials to support account manager requests

Design, development, and execution of email marketing campaigns to introduce new products, promote solutions and communicate events.

Design and development of marketing materials to include invitations, posters, presentation templates, and other print and multi-media materials.

Develop content and design for holiday/event email blasts and social media graphics for seasonal and holiday needs

Coordinate and maintain Showpad, Google Drive, Widen and/or other designated databases with product, marketing, project and technical information

Project manage requests from sales team and internal team

Work with Brand Experience Manager to create social media campaigns for new product launches, service promotions, or other brand events and news, including scheduling such campaigns in Sprout Social and Social HP.

Support new collection launches as needed

Coordinate with marketing managers and sales teams on the purchase of promotional goods items, maintaining accurate information on inventory and reordering as needed

Work as an extension of Customer Connect providing daily support with phone and email request as well as project backup when needed

Manage accurate dissemination of information to both external and internal groups

Assist when needed with organizing Patcraft Customer Experiences and in market events, including the planning, implementation, budget analysis, and evaluation, while also offering strategic ideas for enhancements and improvements

Participate in sales and marketing events as requested

Position Requirements:

  • 4 year degree - preference to graphic design or marketing

  • Basic graphic design skills required including ability to create, modify and edit graphics in InDesign or PhotoShop

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Advanced writing and editing abilities

  • Excellent problem solver with good attention to detail and ability to think strategically

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Adaptable to a dynamic work environment and able to implement alternate solutions

  • Possess good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Must be able to translate technical information into clear communications for a general audience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with WorkFront or other project management softwares

  • Basic understanding of social media strategy, design and implementation

  • Experience scheduling and executing group activities and events

Work Shift

8 hour, day shift
