Human Resources Manager

Position Overview


The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the administration and implementation of all Human Resources functions for Plant 13 and 12.

Act as an employee advocate while administering company policies in a fair and consistent manner.

Manager will cultivate a safe, honest and open team environment where all associates are engaged and aligned with the business goals.

Directly impact these goals through focused efforts in talent management, risk assessment, and change leadership.


Staffing - filling needs for salary and hourly openings

Workforce Planning

Investigations both internal, hotline, etc.

Corrective Action Administration

FMLA Administration

Workers’ Comp

Recognition/Incentive program development and implementation

Policy Administration

Assess employee attitudes and cultures

Ensuring Compliance with state and federal laws

First level coaching and development of plant staff

Responds to the changes in the business

Conflict Management

Communicate policies/procedures/employee benefits, compensation, etc.


Front Line Leader

Drive Results

Coach and Support

Facilitate Change

Building Successful Teams


4 year degree

Previous Human Resources leadership experience



Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
