What You'll Do:As part of our award-winning design team, you’ll develop groundbreaking flooring solutions for commercial spaces. From ideation to execution, you’ll be involved in every step of the process:
Create innovative designs for carpet and hard surface products.
Lead trend research in color and design, translating your insights into bold, market-leading products.
Collaborate across teams to ensure each design meets the highest standards in aesthetics and performance.
Travel to inspire and learn, visiting industry events, trade shows, and customers to stay at the forefront of design trends.
What You’ll Bring:
A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, Illustration, Textiles, or related experience.
Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
A mix of independent drive and teamwork magic to bring innovative ideas to life.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills—you’ll wow clients and colleagues alike.
A keen eye for pattern and color principles, with impeccable attention to detail.
