Position Overview

S haw Industries is looking for a Department Manager to o versee and provide leadership to the Air Textured Yarn Department. Responsibilities:

• The Department Manager will be responsible for providing direction for the Air Textured Yarn Department.

• Be responsible for managing Safety, Quality and Cost of this department.

• Collaborate with the Technical team on new product development with a focus on new external business.

• Manage proper WIP levels between Filament Extrusion, Texturing and Weaving.

• Implement customer-focused practices to support Secondary Weaving.

• Coach and Support Shift Supervisors and Process Engineer to be fully successful in their current roles and help prepare them for future opportunities.

Qualifications:

4-year degree and 2+ years of Process Engineer experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of relevant management experience

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
