Align business imperatives and HR strategy.
Lead and influence discussions with business leaders on key HR processes, including talent development, performance management, talent acquisition, and retention, etc.
Ensure proper application of the policies and procedures of Shaw Industries.
Responsible for compliance with all federal and state regulations.
Drive organizational change when necessary and implement initiatives.
Fosters associate engagement.
Serve on various teams within the areas of support to ensure Shaw remains the employer of choice.

3+ years of HR experience
General Business & Employment Law Acumen

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
