Position Overview

Position Overview:

The Business Intelligence Manager will own, support, and lead the analytical and innovation needs of Integrated Customer Care ( ICC) which includes Customer Service, ICC Operations, and Shaw Marketplace. This role will serve as the subject matter expert on data, analytics , and processes integrated within ICC.

Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships and strategic alignment with leadership across the integrated supply chain.

  • Execute projects of tactical and strategic importance at the direction of Integrated Customer Care (ICC) leadership.

  • Process improvement projects that can touch all facets of the integrated supply chain .

  • Build business cases for projects and analytical needs to support the business .

  • Successfully communicate and get buy in on projects from business partners .

  • Partner with IS, Business Solutions, Business Insights, and all facets of the integrated supply chain to drive execution and implementation of projects.

  • Own, drive research, and prioritization of ideas, requirements, and enhancements to data supporting ICC.

  • Work with B usiness Solutions Group (BSG) to ensure that all data, visualization tools, and reports are in alignment with the BSG Analytics Team’s data governance policies .

  • Advise on behalf of the entire ICC, prioritizations and strategic initiatives to the BSG BI team to develop dashboards and visualization tools .

  • Ensure that tools developed by the BSG Analytics team are being utilized and driving data driven business decisions .

  • Collaborate with ICC Analysts and BSG to design and customize complex search queries and promote advanced analytics .

  • Standardize and build solutions with data assets across the ICC .

  • Continuously lead the evaluation of analytical initiatives and solutions for ICC .

  • Serve as a change management champion to support areas that are in the process of digitizing their analytical tools .

  • Lead team in efforts to digitize the supply chain .

  • Identify and execute internal and external automation opportunities across the organization.

  • Own innovation hub, where ICC can try new practices with the use of data to maximize the customer experience .

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a supply chain or data analytics type role

  • Experience with delivering solutions utilizing analytics tools/ languages such as SQL, Tableau, R, Python, or Splunk.

  • Fully Remote position with an estimated 5% travel to customer locations , conferences , and /or corporate locations

    Preference s:

  • I n depth business acumen in supply chain to engage with leadership on strategy and direction

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong at driving change with the use of data analytics and innovation

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
