Position Overview

The residential marketing services writer will develop and execute content and copy to support varied needs across the residential b usines s. Writers play a key role on a high-volume, fast paced team and provide value as subject matter experts with skilled expertise . Ideal candidates are nimble, fast and adaptable to a range of writing styles and voices . This include s standard copywriting for ads and collateral, technical writing, editorial content for article s, case studies, social media, email campaigns, websites and media outlets.  Candidate must manage multiple projects and possess a keen attention to detail .

  • Storytellers first and foremost , with a keen understanding of business.  

    Primary Responsibilities:

  • Researching/writing/editing copy and content for multiple needs/platforms   (spans technical to inspirational with heavy focus on consumer/end user audiences)  

  • Writing/revising/editing  

  • Research and fact-checking  

  • Track competitor positioning  

  • Problem solver and solution seeker  

  • Think like a journalist: listen. ask questions. Write material that people will want to read.   

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, corporate journalism, technical writing, or related field

  • 4 years of relevant work experience in field of writing and editing   

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

  • Excellent copywriting/copy editing skills, follows accepted rules of grammar, style & tone

  • Creative and strategic thinker who thrives in fast paced environment  

  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team   

  • Strong time management

    Location:

  • Full-time / hybrid schedule. In-office at least 2-3 days a week

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
