COREtec Go To Market Manager

Position Overview

COREtec Go To Market Manager will oversee the sample process from inception to launch for the COREtec brand. They will be responsible for managing inventory, sample and display budgets, as well as communications related to samples and Go To Market initiatives. This role will work closely with the Product Director, Marketing Director, and Design Director to ensure effective sample management, including coordinating sample distribution, tracking ROI, and serving as the point of contact for the sample department. This role will work closely with all channels and requires cultivating strong relationships with not only retail, but also the strategic accounts teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end sample management process, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.

  • Manage inventory and optimize sample budgets to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including both internal and external, including Salesforce, Product, Marketing, and Design, to align sample strategies with brand objectives .

  • Handle Sample and display related inquiries and provide solutions for customers and sales force

  • Coordinate sample distribution, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Track and analyze ROI of sample investments, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Serve as the point of contact for the sample department, addressing inquiries and providing support to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve sample management processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sample management, incorporating relevant insights into strategies and processes.

Experience/Requirements

  • 4-5 years in the flooring industry, sample and product management experience preferred

  • 4 year degree preferred

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator /works well in a team environment.

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Proven problem solving skills with ability to think strategically.

  • Domestic travel required for field travel, shows, markets, etc. based on the needs of the business but usually seasonal, Q1

  • Must be able to function in a dynamic work environment and able to implement alternate solutions

  • Proficient skills in excel, Microsoft programs, Qlikview.

  • Analytical mindset + ability to interpret data + derive insights to optimize performance

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
