COREtec Sr. Marketing Manager

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager, COREtec , is responsible for marketing development, execution and measurement focused on growing the market share and profitability of the brand across channels. The role supervises and executes marketing activities and must develop a strong understanding of the business + competitive companies/products and the target consumer. As a leader within the organization, the candidate must have the skill set and experience necessary to make sound business decisions, set strategic direction and influence internal/external stakeholders to execute a strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Define, execute and measure complex marketing , merchandising, pricing and promotional strategies effectively supporting COREtec across different distribution channels

  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion to ensure timelines and budgets are met

  • Highly collaborative role requiring strategic influence over product category teams, product design, sales and other marketing team members

  • Leverage market research and put it to work for the brand. Identify gaps in research and work with internal stakeholders to obtain and leverage

  • Develop and oversee marketing materials relevant to the desired audience, including but not limited to national sales force, retail customer and end user/consumer

  • Tradeshow development and execution

  • Understand and align marketing deliverables with message, imagery, and product for tangible and digital platforms

  • Effectively communicate marketing initiatives to internal and external audiences + customers

  • Drive brand consistency through all activities

  • Effectively identify KPIs and measure marketing tactics, optimize as needed

  • Positively represent Shaw’s culture and values when engaging with customers

  • 5+ years of marketing, communications, or relevant experience
