Position Overview:

Position Objective: The Recruiter - Operations/Manufacturing will manage the process of attracting and selecting the best talent for Shaw Industries, Inc. This Recruiter will build and develop relationships with internal and external business partners to understand their business strategy and priorities to meet their talent needs.

Responsibilities The Recruiter - Operations/Manufacturing is responsible for recruiting and filling salaried positions in the organization. They will be responsible for executing recruiting strategies that encompass marketing and sourcing options to attract and acquire qualified candidates. Responsibilities also include identifying diversity recruiting options, candidate tracking, conducting initial interviews using different mediums (in person, phone or video), extending job offers, and data collection on internal candidates. This Recruiter is responsible for positioning Shaw as a leading employer and must have the ability to close candidates. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal and State employment laws as well as company policies and AAP requirements. Each Recruiter will be aligned to a specific division, but may recruit for other salaried positions across the organization as business needs arise.


  • 3+ years previous recruiting/HR/Sales experience required and a 4-year degree in business or other related field OR High School Diploma/GED AND 5+ years Recruiting/HR/Sales experience

  • Exposure to Internet search tools and internet sourcing strategies

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent computer skills including WorkDay or other ATS systems

  • Travel as needed

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
