Director Revenue and Demand Generation

Position Overview

The Director, Revenue and Demand Generation position is a critical role within the Digital Strategy team within Residential Marketing. You are a strategic and hands-on leader that will use the right mix of inbound, intent-based, account-based, event, and paid media strategies to grow company revenues.


  • Build and execute impactful and scalable demand generation and account-based marketing programs that help drive pipeline growth and revenue goals.

  • Deeply understand each of our brands ideal customer profile/target buyer personas and then map the buyer's journey across different stages of the customer lifecycle.

  • Build programs for each stage of the buyer's journey including generating new leads, nurturing them to MQLs, converting MQLs to opportunities, providing support to close deals, and creating advocacy programs for customer retention.

  • Analyze campaign performance to track the most cost-effective acquisition channels across content syndication, paid media, search marketing, and events.

  • Develop dashboards and metrics for measuring campaign effectiveness. Adjust marketing programs as needed to hit quarterly goals for opportunities, qualified pipeline, deal closures, and ROI on marketing investments.

  • Work closely with the Director of Consumer Acquisition and Growth to deliver integrated consumer campaigns.

  • Manage the demand gen team, including budgets

  • Develop and execute the ABM process working closely with the sales organization.

  • Oversee content syndication strategy and align with social media, PR, and other brand awareness programs.


  • 10+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS technology marketing

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Enterprise IT and the IT Infrastructure domain (knowledge of IT Operations Management a plus)

  • Proven experience in creating and running integrated marketing campaigns that include digital content, advertising, email marketing, social marketing, events, and webinars

  • Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills to engage with team members in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns

  • A Sales-first mindset to drive engagement with field sales, partners, customer service and inside sales in pipeline development

  • A holistic understanding of the modern marketing technology tools stack, as well as intent and account-based marketing approaches.

  • A data-driven mindset to drive strategy, tactics, and continuous improvement from insights
