ECommerce Coordinator – Home Centers
The eCommerce Coordinator sets up asset catalogs, organizes large volumes of rapidly changing digital content, creates and enforces naming conventions, and tags files with relevant and accurate attributes.
Have and maintain a strong knowledge of the customer business practices, customer brand standards, customer product set-up requirements both internally and externally, as well as customer operational deadlines and internal business requirements
Input sample specs based on knowledge of current programs or with information provided by account manager or customer
Upload, update and organize digital assets within vendor partner’s product management system.
Configure search term attributes to search engine specifications to ensure consumers can find Shaw products on partner websites.
Review products to ensure all tags are applied and tagged with associated products.
Conduct reviews of uploads to ensure they follow the approved styles and standards guide.
Review to ensure correct images uploaded, copy text uploaded, no duplicates appeared, the naming conventions are accurate, supporting documentation appears and the overall appearance is appealing.
Document errors in uploads and Correct data upload errors.
Maintain spec information ensuring any updates or changes are completed on time and communicated to the customer and all necessary departments
Manage sample inventory quantities either internally or at consolidators chosen by the home center account
Verify that room scenes developed specifically for our customers, videos shot and edited, P.O.P. are developed.
Assist management as needed in working with marketing team on development of digital marketing content.
Manage pricing documents and respond to questions.
Manage and communicate warranty information to claims and technical service departments.
Provide all warranty documents maintain and update any changes.
1-2 years of experience in office environment
Detail oriented with strong organization, problem solving and communication skills
Ability to learn new computer skills and learn how to navigate multiple digital asset management or web content management system
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook PowerPoint and One Drive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a team and independently with minimal supervision
