Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
Facilitate the success of the plant by supervising the day-to-day operation of the Plant Facilities maintenance group and the execution of specific job duties as outlined below.
Manage safety for the maintenance department
Demonstrate a passion for safety, environmental compliance, and manufacturing excellence.
Provide comprehensive daily leadership and supervision for the Maintenance Department facilities group.
Manage facilities-related work orders in the computerized maintenance management system to ensure the scope of work is understood, estimated hours are assigned and accurate, appropriate resources are assigned, and work orders are appropriately scheduled.
Scheduling weekday and weekend work in the WO system.
Manage all Lift truck-related equipment and services to meet business needs.
Troubleshoot support equipment and system problems, identifying and correcting root causes. This includes air compressors, chillers, heating, and air conditioning, lift trucks, restrooms, and other facility equipment.
Coordinate with contractors for issues that can not be resolved with in-house staff.
Follow-up on craft job assignments and schedules to ensure excellence and completeness in execution.
Ensure productivity of assigned crafts.
Ensure compliance with assigned SAFE programs
Support the completion of facilities portions of equipment modifications, expense projects, and capital improvement projects to improve safety, housekeeping, product quality, productivity, and equipment reliability. Ensure jobs are completed and commissioned safely and with appropriate documentation to facilitate long-term maintenance and troubleshooting.
Participate in the development and achievement of the department’s annual goals and training plan.
Lead and coordinate maintenance crew activities on weekend/holiday rotational schedule.
Develop mutually beneficial partnerships with members of other departments.
Provide leadership and guidance to assigned crafts relative to skills development. Ensure that assigned crafts continue to learn, grow, and develop, making them ready for the next level.
Other duties and assignments are required as directed by management.

- High school diploma/ GED required
3+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience required.
1-year previous experience as a lead or supervisor.
Moderate computer skills required.
8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
