Position Overview

The Global Total Rewards Project Manager will provide an exceptional experience to our global team by delivering clear, compelling communications and offering viable options to create and maintain total rewards programs, specific by country. This role will develop, implement, communicate, analyze, and administer worldwide competitive total rewards programs specifically around health and wellness while collaborating cross functionally to encompass all needed components of total rewards. This role partners closely with the corporate Total Rewards areas (Benefits and Financial Wellness) in ensuring alignment to the overall Total Rewards strategy, compliance, and business value.

The scope of responsibility for this position includes planning and development for a comprehensive, best-in-class total rewards program for each country identified, organizing and summarizing benefits and related information, and effectively communicating to leadership and the global teams. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing ongoing project details and activities, implementing approved solutions, developing measurements for success, and completing follow-up, as needed.

This role is an instrumental resource to the Global Team and is also engaged in activities tied to training and development, associate relations, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) efforts that support the associate experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects and operational tasks concurrently. Plan, initiate, implement, monitor change, and provide regular updates as needed.

  • Conduct project-related research, network, and benchmark, collaborating with both internal and external partners for optimal solutions. Leverage resources to take advantage of those available to complete work efficiently.

  • Build trusting relationships with global teams and total rewards to understand the needs and assist with recruitment, retention, and engagement of top talent, specifically in relation to health & wellness benefits.

  • Analyze demographic, financial, or statistical data to summarize costs or trends by country.

  • Develop training and communications to educate managers and associates on the organization’s total rewards philosophy, programs, and practices.

  • Manage benefits and wellness vendor research and selection; oversee ongoing vendor relationships and to ensure satisfactory performance and effectiveness is achieved for alignment with overall business strategy.

  • Prepare and present project proposals and reports. Help the business understand cost vs impact and implications to regional and global benefits teams.

  • Ensure health and wellness programs are in compliance with internal guidelines, local & country regulatory requirements. Implement approved solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Develop measurements for success which are objective, actionable, and quantifiable measures of progress and outcomes; track and share progress and accomplishments.

  • Assist with the on-boarding experience with new associates to ensure they are aware of the total rewards package available. Support efforts to update/remind existing associates of the total rewards benefits available to them.

  • Engage in training and development activities to support associate growth and aligned with business initiatives.

  • Partners with the business and HR team to create value added recognition and activities that support D, E, and I and associate relations.Engages with 3rd parties (brokers - domestic and globally, vendor partners) in order to determine best approaches related to Benefit programs.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in Total Rewards, specifically Benefits.

  • B.A. / B.S. Degree

  • Global travel necessary, so passport and required visas needed (usually two (2) to three (3) trips annually)

  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently with little supervision

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

  • Able to manage and present information in an organized manner including creating presentation material and conducting meetings in an efficient and engaging manner
