With a focus on building HR and Shaw acumen, this focused and individualized approach will lead to accelerated impact and learning agility as an HR Professional.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Learn the fundamentals of the HR function at Shaw

  • Conduct investigations with guidance

  • Provide support to the assigned business area (potential to rotate to different business areas)

  • Other tasks as assigned

Position Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree

  • General Business & Employment Law Acumen

  • Ability to operate successfully within a team

  • Ability to influence/communicate across the entire spectrum of the workforce

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
