HR Training Facilitator
Provides both direct training and training supportive functions in order to help associates gain and maintain the skills and knowledge they need to perform safely, efficiently and effectively.
Drive and support continuous improvement through training and development.
Assist in providing associates a smooth transition from training to successful work performance by evaluating, supporting, and providing guidance - including day-to-day leadership of the on-the-job training process.
Train all associates on plant and company procedures and policies.
Further, develop, adapt, modify and revise training as the need arises.
Act as a liaison between Management, shift supervisors, OJTs, and HR.
Work closely with the Training Department team and Plant Management at all levels
Maintain appropriate training records for the facility in order to provide a historical database and in preparation for internal/external audits.
Attend or facilitate periodic departmental and plant meetings.
Continuously learn and apply new training skills and techniques.

High School Diploma / GED required.
Microsoft Office App proficiency or demonstrated ability to learn.
Excellent communication skills - including group and individual presentation skills.
Able to work flexible hours based on a 24/7 production schedule.
Self-motivated individual and be able to maintain confidentiality.
Limited travel possible.
Bilingual - fluent in English/Spanish.
Previous training experience
Previous manufacturing experience
8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
