International Compensation Analyst
Under the leadership of Director of International Compensation, this position will support and assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the compensation for plans and designs for International and other Specialty businesses.
Gather, analyze, and present the salary information and prepare market adjustments for the International manufacturing facilities. This would include salary grids and bonus plan information.
Be responsible for compliance on Collective bargaining agreements as it relates to compensation.
Assist in managing the Expat MOA’s and Secondment agreements.
Ensure timely payments of International growth incentives, corporate bonuses, and other incentives.
Assist in preparation of documentation needed for International audits as requested.
Assist in commission modeling as needed
Assist in gathering sales and compensation data to analyze for: Turf, Spectra and Specialty markets.
Assist in maintenance of Cola’s for associate’s in Canada and other International locations as needed
Manage the data collection for sales commissions for all of International, Specialty Markets, Turf, and Shawgrass. This includes answering specific questions from TM’s, RVP's or DVP's on commission payments issues. Distribute monthly International commission statements.
Lead projects related to workday integration, this might include International salaries, guarantees, allowances, Expat foreign differential payments
Extract sales detailed data from Qlikview
Benchmark International and other Divisions jobs to ensure we stay in alignment with total compensation trends in all International countries and all businesses
Work on various projects as assigned by International Director and support Compensation Department as needed.

4 year Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or Business management
Preferred 2 years of experience in interpreting and analyzing data.
Organized, detail-oriented, and having strong analytical skills.
Communicates, both verbally and in writing, with people at various levels of the company in a clear and concise manner
Proficient in Excel, MS powerpoint,MS Office word
Experience in International compensation is a plus
Familiar with Qlikview and Netsuite sales reporting tools is a plus
Experience in Compensation is a plus
8 hour, day shift
