Position Overview

Position Overview:

The LMS Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the support, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other instructional resources used to meet Shaw’s training needs. In addition, the LMS Compliance Coordinator will provide support for the Learning Management System as they participate in new implementation efforts, ensuring existing system integrity, and respond to a variety of data requests from across the organization This role will work closely with subject matter experts and system administrators to develop, and ensure adherence to, an enterprise-wide compliance training calendar.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Legal, HR Compliance, and Risk Management to ensure all annual compliance training needs are met.

  • Work with stakeholders to create, maintain, and strictly adhere to a company-wide compliance training calendar.

  • Leverage excellent communication, problem solving, change management, and project management skills to coordinate and manage training needs concurrently.

  • Utilize the Workday LMS to assign, monitor, and report on training throughout the enterprise.

  • Ensure necessary compliance training is completed for newly hired and promoted associates during the onboarding process, by working closely with Shaw’s Onboarding team.

  • Facilitate the successful linkage of courses to the Workday LMS.

  • Serve as point of escalation for Workday support issues, which includes interaction with internal stakeholders and compliance content vendors.

  • Approve, assist, and audit all new learning leaders in the LMS to ensure internal and external compliance.

  • Act as an internal consultant by analyzing training completion data and recommend solutions to better deliver, track, and measure training performance to meet organizational objectives.

  • Assist teams of subject matter experts (Plant EHS Managers, Training Managers) to revamp compliance content to ensure the material is relevant to Shaw associate needs.

  • Lead sessions with all compliance stakeholders to generate future strategy for compliance needs.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of Compliance Training Experience or Learning Management Systems Experience OR 5+ years of Compliance Training Experience or Learning Management Systems Experience. Previous Workday Learning Administrator experience is a plus.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience administering/managing a Learning Management System: including such activities as configuring security roles, launching learning assignments, creating and running reports, providing technical support to users and stakeholders, etc.

  • Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects, work independently and collaboratively with a team, while also dealing with multiple groups of stakeholders

  • Strong internal and external communication, writing, and project management skills

  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines, prioritize, and deliver quality results in a time-sensitive environment

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
