Shaw Industries Inc Marketing Manager in Dalton, Georgia
A marketing manager is responsible for the development, execution and reporting of marketing plans and initiatives, plus the day-to-day marketing responsibilities for specific segments and/or brands of the Shaw residential business.
Build and execute annual marketing plans based on business objectives
Establish KPIs on every initiative and optimize as needed to ensure success
Establish and oversee development of marketing materials to support various audiences: consumer, customer, end user, internal stakeholders, etc.
Trade show development and execution
Understand and align marketing deliverables with messaging, imagery, and product for in-store and digital platforms
Effectively communicate marketing initiatives to internal and external audiences
Manage project expectation and scope with key stakeholders
Drive brand consistency through all initiatives
Manage multiple projects from concept to completion to ensure timelines and budgets are met
Collaborate with category and channel teams, product design, graphic design, copywriters, communications team and digital platforms to lead execution against strategy.
Collaborate with various residential teams to understand competition, target audiences, and differentiators to drive business
Execute action plan

4 year degree
3+ years of marketing, communications or relevant experience
