Marketing Operations Manager

Position Overview

The Marketing Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the strategies and operations of the residential Shaw Floors marketing team. They are responsible for managing optimization and compliance with processes, managing marketing technology, and analyzing data to ensure marketing campaign effectiveness. This role is designed for a strong and strategic leader with a solid business acumen, a deep understanding of marketing technology, and enjoys leveraging both in a collaborative setting to drive innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the shared marketing and brand marketing teams to track, monitor , and build insight dashboards on all marketing budgets and campaign expenditures , including ROI

• Oversee and manage the marketing technology resource SME, ensuring all teams and systems are integrated. Collaborate with the residential technology team for administration and development of systems

• Implement processes to improve marketing operations efficiencies and effectiveness

• Manage and support a team to ensure effective collaboration and execute the operations strategy

  Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations , marketing automation, or marketing operations within a similar industry

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Expertise in marketing technologies and systems

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
