Senior Human Resources Manager – Residential Business

Position Overview:

This position will lead all HR functions for Retail Sales and Builder/Multi-Family Sales to include DVPs, RVPs and TMs; Strategic Accounts, Customer and Sales Enablement and Pricing Strategy. This represents approximately 650 associates located throughout the United States.

Primary Responsibilities:

Align business imperatives and H.R. strategy

Lead key H.R. processes including talent development, performance management, support compensation planning and implementation, manage talent acquisition. Drive organizational change when necessary and implement initiatives. Foster associate engagement. Coach and mentor sales leaders, managers and salespeople. Gain and utilize knowledge of employment law for both domestic and international purposes.

Position Requirements:

Bachelors degree required 5+ years of progressive H.R. experience Strong business acumen Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Required travel – Approximately 30%

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
