Position Overview:

The Senior Marketing Manager, Brand is responsible for marketing development, execution and measurement focused on growing the market share and profitability of a specific brand within the Shaw Residential portfolio of brands. The role supervises all marketing activities related to the individual brand and must develop a strong understanding of the business + competitive companies/products. As a leader within the organization, the candidate must have the skill set and experience necessary to make sound business decisions, set strategic marketing direction and influence internal/external stakeholders to successfully execute that direction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement marketing strategies effectively supporting one brand within the Shaw Residential portfolio of leading flooring brands.

  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion to ensure timelines and budgets are met

  • Highly collaborative role requiring strategic influence over product category teams, product design, sales and other marketing team members

  • Leverage market research and put it to work for the channel/brands. Identify gaps in research and work with internal stakeholders to obtain and leverage

  • Develop and oversee marketing materials relevant to the desired audience

  • Understand and align marketing deliverables with message, imagery, and product for tangible and digital platforms

  • Effectively communicate marketing initiatives to internal and external audiences + customers

  • Drive brand consistency through all activities and interactions of brand

  • Effectively identify KPIs and measure marketing tactics, optimize as needed

  • Positively represent Shaw’s culture and values when engaging with customers
