Senior Marketing Manager, Mainstreet Commercial
The Senior Marketing Manager, Mainstreet Commercial is responsible for marketing development, execution and measurement focused on growing the market share and profitability of Mainstreet in the retail channel. The role supervises and executes all marketing activities related to the channel and must develop a strong understanding of the business + competitive companies/products. As a leader within the organization, the candidate must have the skill set and experience necessary to make sound business decisions, set strategic direction and influence internal/external stakeholders to execute a strategy.
Define, execute and measure complex marketing strategies effectively supporting carpet within the Philadelphia Commercial brand and Mainstreet channel.
Manage multiple projects from concept to completion to ensure timelines and budgets are met
Highly collaborative role requiring strategic influence over product category teams, product design, sales and other marketing team members
Leverage market research and put it to work for the brand. Identify gaps in research and work with internal stakeholders to obtain and leverage
Develop and oversee marketing materials relevant to the desired audience, including but not limited to national sales force, retail customer and end user/consumer
Understand and align marketing deliverables with message, imagery, and product for tangible and digital platforms
Effectively communicate marketing initiatives to internal and external audiences + customers
Drive brand consistency through all activities
Effectively identify KPIs and measure marketing tactics, optimize as needed
Positively represent Shaw’s culture and values when engaging with customers
