Sr. Marketing Creative Manager

Position Overview

The Marketing Creative Manager reports to the Marketing Director and is responsible for implementing marketing strategies and managing day-to-day marketing activities. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and analyze competitor trends. The Marketing Creative Manager is responsible for leading the creative direction and visual identity of Anderson Tuftex's marketing materials. They oversee the development of design concepts, artwork, and layouts for various marketing channels. The Marketing Creative Manager collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure that all creative assets are aligned with the brand guidelines and eff ectively communicates the desired message.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated multichannel marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

  • Manage the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.

  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve marketing objectives .

  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

  • Maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely execution and budgets of marketing initiatives are met.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing techniques.

  • Work with Marketing Director and Manager to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing, advertising and communications, including print, digital, and video assets

  • Lead and review the work of the creative teams for all web, print, and digital marketing collateral

  • Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, copy, art, and digital technology

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities

  • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences

  • Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies

  • Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape

  • Meet creative budget requirements by forecasting and managing expenses

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5+ years experience in marketing and creative roles, wi th a track rec ord of successful campaign management and business growth.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Experience in project management, with a focus on creative direction

  • Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns — from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budget

  • Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print

  • Proven ability to develop successful concepts

  • Proficiency in leading a team of diverse, talented creatives and drive results

  • Strong creative vision, with an eye on business objectives
