Systems Administrator - Sales Enablement

Position Overview

The System Administrator is focused on the administration and support of sales tools, applications, and infrastructure related to the Sales Enablement platform(s) and other automation tools. The System Administrator will recommend and implement improvements to our Sales Enablement systems. This position will be involved in the daily maintenance of business-specific administration (use cases, license counts, utilization, optimization, and increased adoption).

Administer, implement, and maintain the Sales Enablement platform including, but not limited to user profiles, groups, and courses. Assists business users with report visibility and development. Lead and manage requirements, testing, and implementation of the system and/or process improvement affecting Sales Enablement systems. Enforcement of business rules and data governance best practices. This will require the monitoring of data entered into the system and following up with users regarding problems and/or business rules. Maintain and support control of core Sales Enablement system functionally including data management, data cleansing, basic system, and configuration. Complete all support issues within the agreed-to time frames. Analyze systematic issues as reported by users and/or identified through testing to determine root cause, business issue, data challenges, and recommendations for resolutions. Liaison with Sales Enablement support on a regular basis to manage open cases and ensure the best use of resources. Ensure the training manager is kept up-to-date on new features and assist the training manager in a Subject Matter Expert capacity.

Other Duties :

Assist other departments necessary to implement action plan(s). Ability to make sound decisions based on customer, company, and employee needs. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Position Requirements:

Associates or Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience with sales operations. Experience with implementation and configuration of Sales Enablement tools. Excellent business requirement definition skills. Strong practical understanding of systems, databases, and database terminology. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications . Sound analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot / problem-solving with internal and remote user groups. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to all levels.

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
