Talent Center Coordinator
Position Overview
The Talent Center Coordinator will support the administration and logistical efforts at Plant 7C (Shaw’s Talent Center). This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at the Talent Center, ensuring smooth office management, coordination of events, and effective communication with various teams. In addition, this role will provide administrative support to the Learning & Organizational Development team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Building & Resource Management:
Update and maintain building norms, procedures, postings, and documentation
Manage office and training supplies, nameplates, and other essentials
Oversee building check-in, timekeeping, and TV technologies, collaborating with IT for proper functionality
Work with IS Asset Management/IT Services for AV needs, support, and maintenance
Submit, manage, and track building Work Orders in coordination with Maintenance and HVAC groups.
Work with Corporate Security and Risk Management to update PEO Team Management and Approved Vendor List
Manage supply closets, mailrooms, and conference rooms
Serve as the main contact for Five Star, housekeeping, FedEx, etc.
Coordinate room setup and breakdown for internal and external meetings
Financial Management:
Prepare Monthly POVA Budget and Quarterly SOX Report for designated cost centers
Perform monthly P-Card reconciliation for building expenses
Process invoices as needed
Event Coordination:
Coordinate breakfast/lunch orders for associates based on group budgets and needs
Organize 7C events for executive management and leaders needing assistance with meetings
Maintain relationships with caterers and event vendors
General Responsibilities:
Assist guests with directions to conference rooms for meetings or training
Update website and SharePoint pages as needed
Monitor group email accounts, ServiceNow requests, answer questions and delegate tasks as needed
Manage the day-to-day work of Project SEARCH interns and othersimilar programs
Assist with the preparation and administration of learning courses, experiences, and programs
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in office management or related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday.
