Visual Content Manager

Position Overview

This position will oversee development, execution and reporting of Shaw residential photography, ensuring it is on-brand and meets channel/category/creative needs. This individual will supervise photoshoot needs by managing workflow of the visual content specialist. This pair will architect flawless execution for each photography event - from inspiration to completion. The manager role will align with internal stakeholders and partners to understand the nature of projects, manage capacity, scheduling, and working with vendors as needed. The visual content manager will align with the digital assets specialist on various tasks, identifying gaps and opportunities for process improvements as it pertains to the photoshoot process.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all stages of planning, coordination and execution

  • Collaborate with creative/content team, brand leadership, channel, category, and insights teams to identify relevant trends and influences on visual content

  • Align with brand/channel/content teams to establish direction for each shoot

  • Manage visual content specialist workflow + process

  • Gather and utilize feedback from each shoot to streamline efficiency

  • Travel as needed for on-site observation / involvement

  • Maintain relationship w/Olapic account team for UGC output and needs
