VP Member Success - Shaw Flooring Network

Position Overview

The Vice President of Member Success position will be key to keeping the SFN momentum in the field and driving key corporate priorities. The role will be part business consultant for select customers and sales teams, part training and development leader, and be responsible for providing a platform for successful execution of SFN priorities in the field:

1) Driving member engagement, including brand mix and programs, product activation, and key solutions and services

2) Leveraging local member services to help the member achieve his or her definition of success in their market

3) Connecting DVPs, RVPs and TMs to SFN programs and solutions, and coaching and training them to confidently promote and implement them with their SFN customers. This role will be essential in helping our SFN strategies come to life in the field, and will be responsible for keeping us on track to achieve our sales growth and profitability targets.


  • Execute the strategies and high priority business objectives for SFN to drive profitable growth

  • Drive Velocity signups

  • Select, key account consultation

  • Oversee business review process execution

  • Seasonal sales participation

  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership on Key SFN and Corporate Initiatives

  • Build trusting relationships with Sales VPs and DVPs

  • Inform sales teams on all things SFN

  • Sell SFN to select, high value prospects

  • Drive activation of SFN exclusives and other key products

  • Lead efforts to grow Wells Fargo consumer financing with select accounts

  • Deliver training for RVPs on key programs and solutions

  • Manage corporate incentives and align with local promotional funding

  • Track and report on KPIs

  • Be our eyes and ears in the field

  • Constantly gather feedback on products and programs

  • Listen to customers for opportunities and pain points

  • Evaluate effectiveness of field execution and develop plan and lead execution through RVPs to improve

  • Gather intelligence on competitive programs

  • Travel to meet with customers to help execute initiatives

  • Travel weekly to partner with the RVP’s and TMs in the field

  • Support the field sales teams and customers through servant leadership

  • Four year degree or high school diploma

  • Five or more years of sales or marketing experience

  • Ability to travel (60 - 75% travel required)

  • Must live within 1 hour of a major airport

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
