What’s it like?
You, along with a group of other professionals early in theirs sales career, will go through an exciting and extensive 12 week training program at our corporate headquarters in northwest Georgia (don’t worry, we provide housing!). Our trainees participate in everything from team building activities, plant tours (you’ve got to see how our products our made!), sales ride-alongs, product knowledge assessments, professional presentations and much more. Basically, if you have a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed, we give you everything else you will need to be successful in the field during the training program!
