Tile and Totalworx Consultant
The Division 9 Tile and Totalworx Consultant will reside in Orlando or Atlanta market and will have responsibility for traveling all of Division 9, with emphasis and majority of time spent in the state of Florida.
Work with RVPs/TMs/Residential customers to drive revenue in t ile/stone and Totalworx categories
Collaborate with RDCs/ Inventory management team to ensure we have the right mix of skus ( accessories /tile) in our facilities to drive profitable growth in these categories
Build a platform for TMs by working with category managers in developing specific programs for tile/stone and a sundries program that can drive revenue in the southeast market
A high-school diploma or equivalent is required
Relevant experience in flooring sales, interior design or builder channel trade sales required. Must be self-motivated and possess good organizational skills.
Requires good communication and negotiation skills.
Requires good time management skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include some evenings.
Must conduct oneself professionally both in the workplace and the community.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and navigate ambiguity
Must be a team player
Ability to lift samples and build displays.
Ability to travel 65% of time
