Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager will cultivate a safe, honest and open team environment where all associates are engaged and aligned with the facility’s business goals. The Human Resources Manager will directly impact these goals through focused efforts in talent management, risk assessments, and change leadership.

Provide coaching and insight to Plant leadership team and associates.
Create staffing and succession plans.
Conduct investigations/implement Corrective Actions as needed
Work with HR Manager and HR staff to create innovative recruiting methods.
Guide / help plant leadership team on developing improved retention model/method/ideas.
Partner with plant manager on community engagement opportunities.
Work with critical partners to develop skill improvement models with local colleges and universities.
Define and execute HR strategies that fully support the company’s objectives as well as assist/facilitate other departments' objectives.
Partners with Total Rewards, Risk Management, and Talent Acquisition to support business objectives.
FMLA administration - Workers’ Compensation case management
Recognition program development and implementation
Policy administration - Ensuring compliance with state and federal laws
Assess employee attitudes and culture
Communicate policies/procedures/employee benefits, compensation, etc.
Coach and Support
Build Trusting Relationships
4 year degree (BA/BS Degree) and 3+ years HR Generalist experience or beyond required
General business & employment law acumen
Ability to operate successfully within a team, manage and resolve conflict, coach peers, and influence/communicate effectively across the entire workforce
