Vice President - Corporate Sundries Business
This role will be responsible for creating a vision, strategy and execution plan for leading Sundries from an enterprise-wide perspective as a synergistic business. Sundries will include, but not be limited to supplemental products such as glue, trim, pad, cushion, wall base and other marketing services that can be part of an installation experience of hard or soft surfaces for the Comercial and Residential businesses.
Lead both the Commercial and Residential Sundries team towards a unified strategic direction
Maintain high knowledge of technical, professional and industry developments essential to the selling of our products and services for future business growth
Responsible for the establishment and execution of both annual and quarterly achievement goals in coordination with the Company’s business plan
Maintain healthy relationships with key customers and key influencers
Bachelors degree plus five (5) years of qualified management experience
Knowledgeable and experienced in sales management, customer needs identification, personnel leadership and general H.R. procedures and processes.
Possess strong leadership, motivational and presentation skills
